Your contact message

We use your name, reply email and message to screen and handle your request for LearnToReadReadToLearn. Do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive records or identifying details about children.

BMSG Content Guard screens messages using the configured local service. Uncertain results are held for authorised human review. Contact text is not sent to an external model provider. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse; its security check processes browser and network information under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Authorised support staff can read messages in our support system. Forms keeps completed or blocked message content for up to 30 days. Unresolved requests remain until reviewed. Content-free receipts and audit records remain for up to 90 days. Support conversations and encrypted backup copies follow the group retention policy; deletion requests are handled across those stores.

The receipt shown after sending confirms storage for screening and support review. It does not promise delivery or an email acknowledgement. To ask about access, correction or deletion, send a contact request and quote your submission reference.

Native spellcheck is controlled by your browser and its settings. This website does not add an external spelling service or rewrite your text.
